Darling doesn’t have a refund policy. However, our sales are not considered final until and unless our customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You can always opt for an immediate exchange within three business days of receiving the product and we’ll gladly exchange it for you.

Please ensure the hair will only be eligible for return/exchange if it’s completely unaltered. If the hair undergoes any sort of modification including cutting, dying or styling, the sale will be considered final.
